I help AI companies build and launch their go-to-market — then leave your team ready to run it.
Most AI products don't fail because the tech is bad. They fail because the go-to-market is wrong.
Technical founders know their product cold, but positioning it for buyers is a different skill. Hiring a full-time CMO at Seed stage is premature. Hiring a generalist agency that's never launched an AI product is worse.
You need someone who's done this before — who's actually built and launched AI products at scale, built marketing orgs from scratch, and knows what works and what doesn't.
Time-boxed engagements. Clear deliverables. No open-ended retainers.
2–4 weeks. You don't need another strategy doc — you need someone who's actually launched AI products at scale to tell you what's going to work and what's not. I pressure-test your assumptions, define your positioning, nail your ICP, and build a GTM plan you can execute with confidence.
6–10 weeks. End-to-end AI launch architecture. GTM strategy, campaign playbook, budget planning, and hands-on guidance through execution planning. I build the system — your team runs it.
Flexible. For companies with existing marketing teams navigating AI GTM. 1:1 mentoring for VPs and CMOs, team workshops, GTM reviews, and strategic guidance.
2–4 weeks. I build your team's "marketing brain" — a compounding context layer with your brand, playbooks, and institutional knowledge. I onboard your team onto Claude Cowork with plugins, connectors, agents, and automated workflows. Your team walks away knowing how to work with AI, not just talk to AI.
Hiring support, marketing team audits, or anything that doesn't fit neatly above. Let's talk.
A short call to understand your product, your stage, and whether my experience is the right fit.
I provide a fixed-scope, time-boxed proposal with clear deliverables. No surprises.
Focused, high-intensity work. I build the system, transfer knowledge, and leave your team ready to run it independently.
You're a technical founder with a strong product but no senior marketing leadership yet. You might have one or two marketing people — or none at all. You need someone who's done this before to build your AI GTM foundations, define your positioning, and set you up to launch with clarity and confidence.
You have a marketing team of 10–50 but you're entering new territory — launching an AI product, repositioning around AI, or scaling an AI GTM motion that's not working yet. Your VP or CMO needs a strategic sparring partner, and your team needs sharpening.
I lead go-to-market for AI products at the highest level. Most recently, I led the global GTM for LTX-2 at Lightricks — one of the world’s top AI video generation models, the leading open-source video model, and the most downloaded in its category. I built the positioning, launch strategy, and growth engine from early research previews through public release, establishing LTX-2 as a major player in the generative AI ecosystem.
Before that, I was CMO at AI21 Labs, where I built the marketing org from 2 to 30 people and helped triple the valuation to $1.4B. Earlier, I was the first marketing hire at Lightricks, where I spent 8 years helping build the marketing function from the ground up.
I’ve also advised startups as an independent consultant — working directly with founders at companies like Melio, Loora, Nagish, and others on building marketing orgs, launching products, and scaling GTM.
I co-founded HiTech Problems — Israel’s largest tech community (170K+ members) — and host the leading tech podcast in Israel.
Now, through contextGTM, I’m focusing my advisory work exclusively on AI go-to-market.
"Previously worked with founders and teams at Lightricks, AI21 Labs, Melio, Loora, Nagish, and others."
I don't do open-ended retainers. You pay for outcomes and expertise, not hours in meetings.
Defined deliverables and timelines. No scope creep surprises.
Intense, focused work that finishes on schedule. I build and leave.
I’m here to build your engine and transfer knowledge, not create a dependency.
